Please note: This service can remove up to 100% of scratches on your vehicle; however, any areas with damage to the lacquer, or scratches that have penetrated through the lacquer, may still be visible. Using a specialised clay bar and lubricant, detailers gently glide the clay across the paint, lifting out these impurities. The result is an ultra-smooth surface that feels like glass to the touch. While clay barring effectively removes surface contaminants, it does not correct imperfections in the paint itself. This is why polishing is important afterwards—it restores the paint’s gloss and clarity, which may still appear dull even after clay barring.
